Samsung Frame TV:
Do you install Samsung Frame TVs?
Yes! We install Samsung Frame and similar ultra-thin displays.
These TVs require a special low-profile mount and often a custom recessed back box to sit nearly flush with the wall.
Because Frame installations are unique to each model, we always ask for your exact TV model number before providing an accurate quote.
Why do you need my exact Samsung Frame TV model number?
Frame TVs vary in:
• thickness
• mounting hole pattern
• clearance needs
• recessed back box requirements
Some models can use a standard low-profile mount, while others require a custom back box or specialty hardware to sit flush.
Providing the exact model number in your quote request allows us to:
✔ recommend the correct mount
✔ price any necessary accessories
✔ determine labor time
✔ deliver an accurate estimate
Without it, we can only give a starting price, not a firm quote.
Including the Samsung Frame model number when requesting a quote speeds up your estimate and helps schedule the correct hardware before service day.
Surround Sound:
What is an 11.1.8 Surround Sound System?
An 11.1.8 system refers to a fully immersive surround sound layout designed to replicate a true cinematic experience in your home. The first number represents 11 ear-level speakers placed strategically around the room. The “.1” represents a dedicated subwoofer channel for deep, powerful bass. The final number, 8, refers to overhead or height speakers that create three-dimensional sound movement above you.
This type of configuration allows sound to travel naturally around and above the listener, delivering precise directional audio for movies, sports, and gaming. While not every room requires a full 11.1.8 layout, we design systems that scale appropriately to your space, performance goals, and budget.
